City Clerk

By state law, every city council must appoint a city clerk in order to fulfill duties such as preserving and managing all official documents and records, preparing council agendas, ensuring meeting notices and ordinances are published and posted, and reporting council proceedings and voting results. The City Clerk also assists the City Administrator and Mayor oversees the daily operations of City Hall and serves as secretary to the Planning & Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment.  

CITY CLERK - KELLY FRY

Kelly Fry began her career with the City in December 1991 as an Administrative Assistant to the City Administrator and City Clerk. In 1994, she transitioned into the role of Utility Billing Clerk and Deputy City Clerk. In July of 2004, Kelly was appointed City Clerk.  

DEPUTY CITY CLERK - KATIE WILLEFORD

Alongside her regular responsibilities, Katie Willeford serves as Deputy City Clerk, providing valuable support to the City Clerk's office. In the City Clerk’s absence, the Deputy City Clerk fills the City Clerk’s role, ensuring the continuity of the city's administrative operations.
