West Burlington 2022 Business of the Year Award

The City of West Burlington, Iowa is proud to announce the winner of the 2022 Business of the Year Award, Midwest Realty Group.

The award recognizes the contributions of a West Burlington business that has demonstrated outstanding performance, growth, and service to the community. Nominations were accepted during the month of January, and a panel of West Burlington elected officials and city and school district staff selected the winner based on the following criteria: growth in taxable valuation, job growth, community impact, facility renovation, expansion and beautification, and exceptional customer service.

Midwest Realty Group, located at 914 Broadway Street in West Burlington, is a full-service real estate brokerage and is a developer of residential and commercial properties. During 2022, Midwest Realty Group renovated the property at 914 Broadway Street to house their new offices as well as Sade Suites and a branch of Danville State Savings Bank. Midwest Realty Group also broke ground on the new Nexus Townhomes which will be located just North of Target in West Burlington.

Midwest Realty Group, President Ryan Nagrocki, Vice President John Mercer, and the entire staff have been an asset to the City of West Burlington. In the last year they have helped bring multiple businesses into our city and continue to develop residential housing which is needed in our community.
